I try and remain as invisible as I can: Milo Ventimiglia

"This Is Us" star Milo Ventimiglia said he prefers keeping his personal life away from the roles he plays, by staying as "invisible" as he can.

The 40-year-old actor said he would not want his real- life relationships to affect the characters he plays on- screen.

"I try to minimise myself so people can see the character and can really dive into the work. I try and remain as anonymous and invisible as I can so it doesn't take away from the experience of the men that I play.

"I don't know how interesting my life is any more than anyone else's," Ventimiglia told People magazine.
