Castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial slipped in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to lower demand from shippers and soap industries.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil ruled steady in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 940 per 10 kg and Rs 465 per 10 kg respectively.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold declined by Rs 15 per 100 kg to Rs 3,850 from Saturday's closing level of Rs 3,865 and castor oil commercial edged down by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 800 as against to Rs 803 previously.
Linseed oil closed unaltered at Rs 875 per 10 kg.
