The Jharkhand government today decided to give ownership to those who have been rehabilitated or resettled following developmental projects or for any other purpose in the past.
The decision was taken at the state cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das, officials said.
The decision would enable the families who had been resettled following developmental works, mining or any other purpose, to get ownership, they said.
