Jaya condoles the death of organic farming scientist

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa today condoled the death of renowned organic farming scientiest G Nammazhvar, saying his demise was an "irreparable loss."

Expressing grief over the death of the 75 year-old scientist, she said he had dedicated his life towards promoting natural farming "and was determined in not consuming allopathic medicines."

His death was an "irreparable loss" and "none can fill" his place she said in a statement, extending her sympathies to his family and associates and wished his sould rested in peace.

Nammazhvar passed away near Pattukotai on Monday following a cardiac arrest.
