Actors Jeff Goldblum, Bob Balaban, Edward Norton and Bryan Cranston will reportedly star in filmmaker Wes Anderson's upcoming stop-animation project.

Goldblum dished about his participation in the movie during a recent performance with his jazz band, the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, reported Entertainment Weekly.

He apparently also said Balaban, Norton, and Cranston would join him in the movie, which will be "Japanese-inspired."

A spokesperson for Anderson declined to comment on the report, and a representative for Goldblum did not immediately respond to request for comment.

If the report pans out, it would mark Goldblum's third collaboration with Anderson, following "The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou" and "The Grand Budapest Hotel".

The filmmaker is known for frequently working with a core group of actors, including Balaban and Norton. Cranston would be an Anderson newcomer.
