Jennifer Lopez splashes out USD 28 million on Bel Air home

Songstress Jennifer Lopez has splurged out USD 28 million on a new Bel Air home, which she bought from actress Sela Ward.

The 46-year-old star bought the eight-acre estate, which comes with a lake and a beach, from actress Sela Ward, who originally wanted USD 40 million for the property, reported TMZ.

The house is reportedly 13,000 square feet and can be accessed by walking across a covered bridge.
