Julia Roberts to sell New York penthouse

Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts will put her penthouse in New York's Greenwich Village up for sale on the open market with an asking price of USD 4.5 million.

The 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom property boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace, reported the New York Post.

Though Roberts, 47, is spending more time on the West Coast, apparently she still loves New York and is keeping her Gramercy Park house, which is currently rented out.
