Jumbo kills tribal

death by a wild elephant in a paddy field in Odisha's Sundargarh district today, police said.

Anand Singh (70) of Chikitideri village under Bisra police station was working in the paddy field near his house this morning when the pachyderm attacked him.

The jumbo pinned the victim to the ground and trampled him to death in a pool of blood.
