K P Bakshi guardian secretary for Thane

The former Thane municipal commissioner and the present additional chief secretary (home) K P Bakshi was today appointed as the guardian secretary for Thane district.

Mukesh Khullar, former collector of Thane district and presently Principal Secretary (energy) was appointed as the guardian secretary of the newly created Palghar district.
