Leading rose exporter Karuturi Global today said its Board has accepted the resignation of its Group CEO and CFO Shireesh Jain.
"Shireesh Jain, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is no longer working for the company. He is no longer associated with the affairs of the company," Bangalore-based Karuturi Global said in a BSE filing.
The Board has accepted his resignation, the company said without disclosing the reasons.
Karuturi is a leading exporter of roses. It produces around 555 million stems of high quality cut roses annually to meet the export demand. Its operations are spread in India, Ethiopia and Kenya.
