Global lifting business solutions and services provider Konecranes today announced expansion of its product portfolio in the country and rolled out a new crane CXT Uno.
The Finnish company targets to sell around 100 units per annum of the new offering, Konecranes global president and chief executive Pekka Lundmark told reporters here.
Sounding bullish, Lundmark said this market has seen signs of improvement and the company is expecting better growth next fiscal.

The new model will be rolled out from the existing plant near here which has a capacity to produce 1,000 units p.A.
"The CXT UNO is important for us because it expands our product offering into a category where we haven't been present before," vice-president and head of business crane product line Jukka Paasonen said.
Capable of lifting loads up to 10 tonnes and up to 9 meters off the ground, the CXT Uno features a 2-speed hoisting and travelling design with a fixed pendant controller, tagline festooning, and compact single-girder construction, and can operate over spans of up to 20 meters.
