Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) today announced a donation of Rs 2 crore to the Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers Relief Fund to help the Chennai flood victims.
The bank has decided to stand by the state in this hour of crisis to reach relief to the affected persons, the lender's Managing Director and CEO K Venkataraman said in a statement.
The unprecedented heavy downpour has badly affected the lives and properties of the residents of Chennai and several other parts of the state.
