Lahiri presents his Putter to Pawan Munjal

Anirban Lahiri presented his Putter, which he used during his memorable fifth place finish at the PGA championships, to Hero Moto Corp CMD and MD Pawan Munjal, here today.

Lahiri was felicitated at a city hotel by Hero, his long time sponsors, for his historic show at PGA championships.

Munjal, who presented a memento to Lahiri before receiving the Putter from him, said that the sport of golf needs a combined support from the government and the corporate world.

Munjal also said that they may take more golfers for sponsorships in future.

Lahiri said playing on American golf courses was a big challenge and more difficult than playing in Europe.
