Liquor bottles seized in Faridabad jail

Liquor bottles have been seized in the district jail here during a surprise inspection by jail officials, police said today.

The Deputy Superintendent of Neemka jail has given a complaint that seven liquor bottles were seized from the jail during a surprise inspection yesterday, a police spokesman said.

He said the bottles had been kept there by unknown persons.

A case has been registered in this regard and investigation started, the spokesman added.
