Mamata greets people on New Year and party's foundation day

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today extended greetings to people on the occasion of New Year which is also the foundation day of the Trinamool Congress.

"I convey my gratitude, thanks, pronam and salam to all of you. My best wishes also to our young and future generations," Banerjee said in a Facebook post.

Stating that today is the foundation day of the 15-year-old All India Trinamool Congress, she said, "We are grateful to Maa-Mati-Manush for their blessings and dua, which immensely help us to continue to render our humble services to the people.
