Mamata pays tribute to Kishore Kumar on his 88th birthday

West Bengal Chief minister Mamata Banerjee today paid her tribute to legendary playback singer Kishore Kumar on his 88th birthday.
"Tribute to Kishore Kumar, the evergreen voice, on his 88th birth anniversary," Banerjee wrote on her Twitter handle tonight.
Kishore Kumar was born as Abhas Kumar Ganguly on August 4, 1929 in Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa.

He was also the brother of legendary actor Ashok Kumar.
Kishore Kumar sang in different Indian languages including Bengali, Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam, Odia as well as in Urdu.
