Man booked for raping minor Dalit girl
A man was booked for allegedly raping a minor Dalit girl in Prsawan village here, police said today.
The accused was booked under sections 311/17, 376 of IPC and the POCSO Act after a complaint was filed by the victim's mother yesterday, alleging that her 11-year-old daughter was raped by the man, Sub Inspector Upendra Nath Singh said.
