A 30-year-old man and an 18-year-old girl allegedly jumped into a canal in two separate incidents today, police said today.
A senior police official said divers were pressed into service by Delhi fire department but they were yet to be traced.
In the first incident, 18-year old Jyoti reportedly jumped into Agra canal in Jaitpur area.
A team of police as well as fire department launched a search operation after the passerbys informed them but till this evening she could not be traced.
The second incident was reported from East Delhi's New Ashok Nagar area where Rajender jumped into a canal after having an argument with his family. His body is yet to traced, police said.
