Man hunting birds dies as his rifle goes off

A 20-year-old man died when his rifle went off accidentally while he was hunting birds near here, police said today.

They said people in the area spotted the man, identified as B Santhosh, lying unconscious yesterday and took him to a hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
