A man was allegedly killed by his elder brother in Narainpur village in the Barkheda area here when tried to attack his father due to property dispute, the police said.
The incident took place yesterday night when Dinesh (35) allegedly attacked his father with an axe over a property dispute but was hit by elder brother Pati Ram with a 'lathi' (stick), killing him on the spot, they said
After the incident, Pati Ram feld from the spot with his parents, the police said.
An FIR was registered in this regard on the complaint of the victim's wife, they said.
