Man killed in clash over playing of DJ in UP

One person was killed and nine others injured in a clash over playing of DJ during a 'mundan' ceremony in Rudhauli area, police said here today.

Some youths were last night dancing to music played by a DJ when Bhagwati Prasad tried to stop them leading to the clash, they said.

Prasad, who sustained injuries on his head, died on the spot, police said.

Nine persons were injured in the clash and the condition of six was stated to be serious, they said.

All the accused have been arrested and sent to jail, police said.
