Man lynched

vehicle was set on fire by a mob suspected him to be a child-lifter near Amma road in Bihar's Nawada district, police said today.

The mob intercepted the jeep and beat its driver to death last night. The crowd also set on fire the vehicle bearing registration number of Madhya Pradesh.

The victim's identity could not be ascertained as his identity proof and other documents were gutted in the vehicle.
