A man was allegedly strangulated to death by his wife's paramour after his drink was laced with sedative in Goverdhan area of the district, police said today.
"Brij Mohan was strangulated to death by his wife's paramour Kanhaiya at Deeg Adda in Goverdhan on January 27. Later they took the body in his friend Puspendra's car and dumped it near Neemgaon village," Senior Superintendent of Police Rakesh Singh said.
The woman and two other accused have been arrested based on a complaint filed by the victim's brother, police said.
