An person who has been evading police for 15 years was arrested today here, police said.
Nishant Kumar of Durga Nagar in Jammu faces charges of attempt to murder and also under Arms Act filed in the Pacca Danga police station in 2002, they said.
He was evading arrest since and the court had already issued a warrant against him.
