Man, parents arrested for setting afire spouse

A man along with his parents was arrested today on the charge of burning alive his spouse in Suryapur village in Odisha's Kendrapara district, the police said.

Earlier police had retrieved the charred body of the woman from inlaws house on Thursday.

An investigation showed the woman had been burnt alive for dowry related issues. The accused were booked under various sections of IPC and dowry prevention act, Inspector of Sadar Police station, Biranchi Bag said.
