With an aim to improve the living conditions of widows and make them self-reliant, the district administration is set to conduct a detailed survey.
"Chief Development Officer Andre Vamsi has been made nodal officer for the survey at ward level in Vrindaban, Goverdhan, Barsana, Nandgaon, Baldeo and Mahaban.
"Their source of livelihood and living conditions will also be located," DM Rajesh Kumar said.
The next step would be to get their Aadhar cards prepared.
Their bank accounts would also be opened later, he said.
