Amid furore over supply of spurious drugs in the state, the Jammu and Kashmir police raided a medical store in Rehari area of the city and took drug samples from the outlet, besides seizing some documents from there.
The raid was conducted yesterday after a complaint was lodged by Jammu's Government Medical College, Investigating Officer Ghulam Hassan Kamaal said.
A case under various sections of IPC, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, has been registered and efforts are being made to arrest the absconding shop owner, he said.
