Meghalaya to depute official team to interact with NE students

The team, visiting both southern and western parts of the country, would also give assurance to those from north-east that the state government is doing all it could to for ensuring their safety, an official said here.

A helpline number has also been provided by the state for NE students and professionals to provide necessary assistance during crisis.
