A 15-year old girl was allegedly gang-raped by five persons in Hanumangarh district, about 225 kms from here, police said today.
The accused abducted the girl from her house in Nukera village on the night of March 20, they said.
The girl was taken to the house of one of the accused, where she was gang-raped, police said.
The girl returned home and narrated the incident to her mother who informed elders of the village.
The girl and her mother visited Sangaria police station on March 26 and on their complaint a case was registered against Ranveer, Mukesh, Bansilal, Dalip and Rakesh, the police said.
The matter was being probed, they said.
