Minor girl sexually assaulted by father

A thirteen-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by her father in an inebriated state in Rohinaya area here, police said today.

The victim was allegedly sexually assaulted few days back by her father while her mother and brother were away, they said.

Victim's father was produced before a local court today which sent him to jail, they said.

The matter is being probed, they added.
