The victim, Rajwati, was employee of HCL at Noida Sector 126 and had gone missing three days ago, they said.
Police said she may have accidentally fallen into the gutter, but did not rule out that she may have been killed.
"We have sent the body for postmortem. On getting the report, direction of investigation will be decided," a police officer said.
