Mizo govt and HPC(D) talks to begin on Wednesday
The Mizoram government and the underground Hmar People's Convention (Democrats) will hold the first political level peace talks here on Wednesday, an official said today.
State Additional Secretary for Home Lalbiakzama said that the commencement of the parleys was fixed for March five, but was postponed for the convenience of the HPC (D) delegation.
The current peace talks commencing from August 10, 2016 began with official level talks and was elevated to political level talks from this time around.
