Mobile phone recovered from prison inmate

The Police have recovered a mobile phone from an inmate of Neemka district jail here.

The mobile phone was detected by a police officer during a surprise visit of the jail today, police said.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police found an inmate, Shyam Singh, carrying the phone with SIM card.

A case has been registered in this connection and investigation was on, they said.
