Narayanasamy sends samples of poor quality rice to CM

Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister V Narayanasamy has sent to Chief Minister N Rangasamy a packet containing poor quality rice distributed to public under free rice scheme through ration shops in Puducherry.

He told PTI today that he had sent the rice by courier on Saturday to the Chief Minister to draw his attention on the matter and wanted stern action against it.

He had alleged several malpractices in the free rice scheme.
