New Chief Electoral officer in Manipur

Sources said the official order appointing Singh as CEO was issued yesterday and he has taken over charge of the CEO in addition to the Principal Secretary (Commerce and industries).

Singh, a 1984 IAS officer of Manipur-Tripura cadre, replaced additional chief secretary P C Lawmkunga who was holding additional charge of CEO.
