Teams of six golfers, each representing Land Cruiser Noida Golf Course and Fortuner Lucknow Golf Club, will tee off against eight golf clubs from across India at the National Final of the Toyota IGU NHS National Club Challenge here from April 12.
The two teams to represent the North Zone at the National Golf Challenge were selected on the basis of the Zonal Final held at Noida Golf Course in November last year.
The best five individual nett scores of the six team members will determine the result calculated under the stableford format.

Each team consists of one player from different handicap categories which are 0-6, 7-10, 11-15, 16-20 and 21-24 while the sixth player is a club nominee.
The winning club will be crowned as the "National Champion Club of the year" and win a brand new Club Car electric golf buggy for permanent use at their club.
Noida Golf Course and Lucknow Golf Club will face Camry Tollygunge Club and Greentech City Royal Calcutta Golf Club from the East Zone; Adarsh Bangalore Golf Club and Tourism Malaysia Boulder Hills Golf and Country Club from the South Zone; Prius Oxford Golf and Country Club and Indian Terrain Kensville Golf Resort from the West Zone; alongside two teams representing the Indian Army clubs for the honor of winning the premier IGU National Club Challenge.
Umesh Dubey, Captain, Noida Golf Course Team, said, "I am very happy with the way our team has been practicing for the National Final. Some have already had a go at Classic Golf Resort.
"Being the only team from the NCR region, we believe that we do have an edge over the rest of the finalists as we know the conditions and course better. We have a simple plan of playing together, trying to click as a team and play to our handicaps.
