North Korea staged military parade in Pyongyang: Seoul

North Korea staged a military parade in Pyongyang today, a Seoul government source told AFP, a day before the opening ceremony for the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

The North's state television carried no live coverage of any display throughout the morning, but the source told AFP: "We have learned that North Korea staged a military parade at Kim Il Sung square in Pyongyang beginning at 10:30 am today.
