Pharma company Novartis India today reported a standalone net profit of Rs 22.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 103.69 crore a year ago.
Total income from operations during the quarter under review stood at Rs 175.06 crore. The company had reported total income from operations of Rs 224.03 crore in the year-ago period, Novartis said in a BSE filing.

Novartis said the financial numbers are not comparable with that of the previous corresponding quarter on account of slump sale of its OTC division and Animals health division on September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2015, respectively.
The stock closed at Rs 665.65, down 0.93 per cent, on BSE.
