Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today called on Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan here and discussed the prevailing situation in the Valley.
Omar, also the working president of opposition National Conference (NC), apprised the Governor about his and his party's concerns about the prevailing situation in the Valley, particularly on issues relating to internal security management, role of the media and other matters, an official spokesman said.
Vohra urged Omar to contribute towards the early restoration of peace and normalcy in the Valley, the spokesman added.
