One arrested with arms
One person was arrested
with arms and ammunition during a joint SSB and police operation at Dahlapara on 31 National Highway of Barpeta district today.
The person identified as Zakir Hussain, 32, of No 2 Patkata in Kolbari village, was arrested with a Japan made .22 bore pistol and five live cartridges, police said.
