One held with heroin

One person was arrested for

carrying 43 grams of heroin here, officials of the Mizoram Excise and Narcotics department said today.

B Lalremruati (27) was arrested for carrying the contraband worth about Rs 1.3 lakh yesterday.

The officials were helped by the anti-drug squad of the central committee of the Young Mizo Association, they said.
