One killed as house collapses

One person was killed while two others escaped unhurt as the house in which they were residing collapsed at Lakshmansar Chowk here, police said today.

The 25-year-old deceased has been identified as Kushal.

The incident occurred last night when an old dilapidated structure of a double storied house collapsed in the walled city, police said.

Three members of a family were sleeping on the ground floor when the debris of upper floor fell on them, police said.
