One killed as truck collides with car

A person was killed when a speeding truck collided with his vehicle in Assam's Morigaon district today, the police said.

The Nagaon-bound truck collided with the vehicle at Nellie on National Highway 37 killing the driver of the car on the spot.

The deceased was yet to be identified and the driver of the truck has been arrested, sources added.
