Union Minister for Human Resources Development M M Pallam Raju said here today that only the Congress could provide a stable government and good governance in Andhra Pradesh as well in the country.
Raju, who is contesting from the Kakinada Lok Sabha seat, said, "Only the Congress can only provide stable government and good governance in the state as well as in the country".
The Congress fulfilled its promises made to farmers and women by allocating loans and taking initiatives for their development, he said.
