Over 100 bovines rescued in Jammu district, 8 arrested
Eight suspected smugglers have been arrested and 100 more than bovines rescued in Jammu district, police said Sunday.
A truck was intercepted at a toll plaza on a highway in the outskirts of Jammu and recovered over 100 bovines, the police said.
Eight people have been arrested and a case has been registered, the police added.
