A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Allahabad high court bench here seeking directions to provide proper arrangements and treatment to dengue patients in each and every hospital of Uttar Pradesh for saving their life and health forthwith.
The PIL, filed yesterday, is likely to come up for hearing on September 22.
The petitioner M L Yadav alleged that dengue patients were dying in hospitals due to lack of proper arrangements for its cure.
He aso alleged that the patients were increasing day by day and proper facilities for their treatment were not available in the state hospitals.
