Pleasant morning in Delhi, rain likely

It was a pleasant morning in the national capital today with the minimum temperature settling at 24.7 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal.

"The minimum temperature at 8.30 AM was 24.7 degrees Celsius. The humidity was 68 per cent," a MeT official said.

The weatherman has predicted dust storm followed by light rains in some areas towards the evening.

"The skies will be partly cloudy. Light rains and dust storm are likely to occur towards afternoon and evening. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 38 and 26 degrees respectively," the official said.

Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 32.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature settled at 23 degrees Celsius.
