A man who had been evading capture for eight years was arrested in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, police said Wednesday.
Mohd Shakeel was arrested Tuesday night from Lam area of Nowshera eight years after a criminal case was registered against him at Nowshera Police Station, they said.
A warrant was issued by a Nowshera Court for his arrest, they said.
