Porter injured in blast

A porter was injured in a blast along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir early today, an Army official said.

The blast took place when a group of 11 porters was taking supplies from one post to another in Sabzian-Mandi belt of Pooch, the official said.

The injured porter was rushed to a local hospital, he said.

Army officials are probing the matter.
