Delhi Government will construct two multi-storeyed residential buildings in Rohini and Dwarka for judges and judicial officers working with different courts in Delhi.
"PWD will construct two multi-storeyed buildings in Rohini and Dwarka and Rs 89.53 crores for these two projects will be spent," PWD Secretary Arun Baroka said.
Baroka also said that PWD would construct 32 type-IV, 16 type-VI quarters for Judges at Rohini Sector-26 which will cost Rs 41.45 crores, adding that the building's plans have been approved by DDA.

"The total covered area will be 16,027 sqm with basement of 3,130 sqm. The quarters will be in two blocks of nine storeyed. Both the blocks will have 4 lifts. The quarters will have attached segment room.
"Parking facility has been provided in basement and ground floor. The technical bids for execution of the above work have been received. The work will commence soon and shall be completed in 24 months," Baroka added.
Giving details on Dwarka's project, he also added that PWD would construct another 38 type-IV, 32 type-VI quarters for judges at Sector 19, Dwarka for Rs 48.8 crores. The total covered area of all quarters will be 18,557 sqm. Basement and ground floor will have parking facility.
"The quarters will have four eight storeyed blocks, two six storeyed blocks, four 9-storeyed blocks, stilt portion. Servant room will be attached to all quarters.
"All blocks will have lifts. The technical bids for execution of the above work have been received. The work will commence soon and shall be completed in 24 months," the PWD secretary further added.
